Dear Valued Customer,
Caregility will be performing bi-monthly maintenance activities on Saturday, September 28th, 2024, between 0800 – 1200 ET.
During this window, Microsoft will be performing a scheduled update on a cloud component used by iObserver 3.0 application. The update is expected to take approximately 5 minutes, during which, there may be a temporary slowdown when adding new patients to existing or new iObserver 3.0 sessions.
No downtime is otherwise expected for the rest of the applications/workflows during this maintenance period.
